The fee for a 6 to 12-month rental is $3,000 per month. For shorter periods, the cost is $3,500. Long-term rentals for up to a year will be given priority. Payment is in US funds or equivalent.

 

Price includes housekeeping, gardener, pool maintenance, electricity, high speed internet, and access to Raquet Club facilities, water, annual HOA fees and property taxes. Propane is extra and is based on what you consume consumption. Contact us for additional details.

 

All rentals require a signed Rental Agreement, and are subject to our Terms and Conditions which will be provided for your review in advance.
